2019-02-08Shepherds of Good Hope Sandwich Makers
Did you know that every Wednesday morning the Shepherds of Good Hope Sandwich Makers lovingly prepare 200 sandwiches to be distributed by the Shepherds of Good Hope to the homeless in downtown Ottawa? These lovely volunteers depend on donations from the parish and community to purchase the bread and other fixings to make the sandwiches.
This weekend, February 9th and 10th, there will be donation envelopes available in the pews to help support this essential ministry. Please give generously so that the hunger of many who live on our streets may be alleviated.
